What is primedocs?
primedocs is a template software solution developed by the PrimeSoft Group. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and enables companies and public administrations to optimize the creation and management of documents in applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. One of the main functions of primedocs is to ensure the desired corporate design by automatically applying the correct logos, fonts, colors and other design elements to documents. This simplifies the maintenance of a consistent corporate identity without the need for multiple templates. Over 600,000 users worldwide use PrimeSoft products every day to make their document management more efficient and consistent.
primedocs processes information from enaio
In a project for a large German city, primedocs accesses user information from enaio during document creation and takes this into account for document creation. For example, user data such as name, function and contact information is read from enaio and automatically filled in at the required places in the Word document generated by primedocs. This use case, through which a document is created in the primedocs environment and enriched with data from enaio, takes place via the primedocs Select interface.
Future use case
The collaboration between primedocs and enaio builds on a solid foundation: the already established integration with OneOffixx, the predecessor version of primedocs. This proven connection is to be further developed and adapted to current requirements.
Possible connect scenario
One conceivable extension could be to start the document creation process directly from the enaio environment. In this scenario, the document would be generated in the background via primedocs, with all corporate design settings being automatically adhered to. After completion, the document would be imported back into enaio.
This scenario represents a possible idea of how customers could benefit from a simple connection and smooth integration without leaving their familiar enaio user interface.
