Initial state
The Swiss KOCH Group AG supplies the woodworking industry at the highest level with a wide variety of machines, tools and aids. The starting point of the project was the introduction of a new corporate identity. Since the internal IT department was overloaded with more than 100 self-programmed templates, different template programs were evaluated. However, difficulties did not only arise due to a lack of IT capacities: the existing templates were also no longer uniform.
An internal evaluation clarified the essential requirements for the new template solution: On the one hand, existing and new addresses had to be integrated into the system. On the other hand, a smooth transition to new Microsoft Office versions should be ensured. The future software should also be easily transferable to new locations – e.g. in the event of company takeovers.
KOCH Group AG opted for primedoc's predecessor software OneOffixx because the presentation was absolutely convincing. The participants were enthusiastic about all the possibilities offered by the template software.
Solution
For test purposes, KOCH Group AG introduced the new template software even before the introduction of the new corporate identity. Later, the new corporate design could literally be adopted at the push of a button.
The team was also enthusiastic about the cooperation within the framework of the project – a true partnership with mutual understanding.
