When switching to a new version of Microsoft Office, the company faced a problem because the template product it had previously used no longer supported these versions. In addition, incorrect templates occurred almost daily, as all users accessed the same directory due to the system.

Through personal recommendation, the KIBAG management came across primedocs' predecessor model OneOffixx: The exceptional user-friendliness and high reliability of the template solution convinced those responsible from the very first moment.

Solution

The particular challenge of the project was that all existing document creation processes – especially the link with SharePoint to generate quotation inserts – had to continue to run smoothly. Despite these special requirements, the new template solution was perfectly implemented within a short period of time. The integration into SharePoint makes even complex inserts to offers possible in a simple way.

KIBAG has successfully used the complete suite for Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. The project goals decided by the company could be fully achieved by switching to the predecessor solution of primedocs.
